pyproject.toml: Fix edk2_capsule_tool path #647

Should be edk2toolext.capsule.capsule_tool:main instead of
dek2toolext.capsule.capsule_tool:main.

Should be `edk2toolext.capsule.capsule_tool:main` instead of
`dek2toolext.capsule.capsule_tool:main`.
